These Terms & Conditions constitute a formal agreement that helps ensure a successful and transparent partnership between our team and your business. By using the growwithzain.com website or engaging Grow with Zain LLP for professional services, you are agreeing to the following terms. We encourage you to read them carefully so you understand how we work together to achieve your goals.
Grow with Zain LLP offers a specialized range of digital solutions designed to help your brand thrive in a competitive market. Our expertise spans strategic digital marketing, paid advertising management, SEO, graphic design, and custom website development. Details of each project are outlined in a personalized Service Agreement or Project Proposal, which acts as a roadmap defining deliverables, outcomes, and timelines. Additional services beyond the original scope will be quoted separately for clarity.
Clients receive access to a secure Customer Portal to track progress, share files, and manage invoices. Keep your login credentials confidential. The portal is for professional project use only; occasional maintenance may occur to improve security and performance.
Timelines are a shared responsibility. We commit to delivering on schedule provided we receive required materials and feedback promptly. Significant delays in client‑supplied assets may require adjustments to the delivery date, which will be communicated in advance.
Our packages include a set number of revision rounds. Each round should be submitted as a single, consolidated list of changes. Additional revisions beyond the agreed number are billed at our standard hourly rate. Final written approval marks the work as complete.
Pre‑final deliverables remain the property of Grow with Zain LLP. Upon full payment, ownership of the final assets transfers to the client. We retain the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio unless a confidentiality request is made beforehand.
Clients must provide accurate text, images, and branding assets and guarantee they have legal rights to use them. Timely feedback is essential; inactivity for more than fourteen days may place the project in an inactive status, and re‑activation may incur a restart fee.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other fails to meet fundamental obligations. Cancelled projects will be invoiced for work completed to date, and deposits remain non‑refundable.
Our services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grow with Zain LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to fees actually paid for the specific service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Grow with Zain LLP is registered. Disputes should first be attempted to resolve through mediation; if unsuccessful, they will be handled in the appropriate local courts.
